I thoroughly enjoyed and was impressed with Dr. Sexton’s presentation. He had very practical tools to share that were backed up with science. I am already putting them to use in my life and sharing them with others.
Rory Beil is a high school friend of mine who is now working with Clay County Public Health as the ReThink Mental Health Project Manager. He participated in the training as well and was able to connect with you and your goal group leader. He is new to mental health work but not to wellness. He is the originator of StreetsAlive in Fargo Moorhead among many other wellness initiatives through Dakota Medical Foundation. I can see you working together and being a resource to each other over time.
Thank you for allowing the two of us to participate in your workshop. You’re doing great things, keep up the wonderful work.
P.S. Congrats on motherhood!

I get the daily paper, but am traveling out of state. Fortunately a friend forwarded me this article: on attitude of gratitude! We should see more things like this in our daily lives! Please pass along to whom ever is responsible from CW Energized my thanks!
I am sharing with the WBCC as sometimes we get beat up by people not wanting to make our city more bike, skate and pedestrian friendlily (insane as that is), but if we keep a positive attitude we can overcome the negativity and make this a better community for all!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share with the parish nurses. The group was small but I know we will all work to get the word out. The work you are doing for our community is amazing – very motivating!! Keep it up!

Cassie, the men’s piece was excellent!! I really enjoyed reading the CWE Monday Motivator, and look forward to the next meeting and discussing how CWE and Workplace Wellness is generating excitement and health throughout the Brainerd Lakes area. Thank you again for the efforts of everyone!

I can’t tell you how excited we are about the grant! My sincere thanks for your help and guidance throughout the grant process. I am really looking forward to getting this started ASAP! I am meeting with Kim – Master Gardener – next week and then we will work on the brochures. I am sure I will be touching bases with you on brochure design in the next few weeks.

CMCOA wants to extend a warm thank you to Crow Wing Energized and Essentia Health for providing the space and food for last week’s Matter of Balance leader workshop. We are excited to have 9 additional leaders available throughout Crow Wing County to conduct falls prevention workshops.
Our next step is to create a schedule of workshops throughout various locations to post on the CWE calendar.

Thank you for speaking to the North Central Senior Providers Network yesterday. Your presentation thoroughly explained Crow Wing Energized and how the providers could benefit by becoming actively involved. Sharing your personal story brought the initiative home to many of the participants. Your enthusiasm about Crow Wing Energized kept participants interested and attentive to the point that over half of the providers eagerly signed up to join the Aging Coalition!
YOU are the energy behind Crow Wing Energized. I look forward to working with you.

Hi Jennifer! Thank you so much for putting me in touch with Cassie and looping me into the Crow Wing Energized project. Cassie has been so welcoming and informative. She connected me with Jennifer Holmvig in Crosby and I am confident that, working together, we will make some improvements in hunger relief for folks in the Crosby area.
I am so impressed with the Crow Wing Energized Project! Great goals and so well organized! It is sure to be a big success and make a real difference in people’s lives.
Thanks again! Take care,
