Living In Uncertain Times
Lunch and Learn on Zoom
The world today can often seem fearful and overwhelming. Pandemic, political unrest, and racial tension all contribute to an increase in anxiety and stress for both children and adults. Today’s training will focus on the stress that these times have created and will provide practical tips for not only surviving, but thriving during these times. By the end of this training, participants will be able to discuss stress and it’s impact on the whole person (physically and emotionally). Practical tips for managing this stress will also be given.
