Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance and fitness program for adults 65 and older. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness is the single most important activity adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. The entire curriculum of activities in the Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) program can help improve strength and balance, if done regularly.

The class will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week for 1 hour. To register click on the website link in the right hand column of this page.

Notes:
You must have access to Zoom on your computer, I-pad, tablet or smart phone to participate in this class. A private Zoom link will be sent out prior to the start of classes. Classes around the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year will be discussed with your leaders once class begins.
