Crow Wing Energized is excited to offer Healthy Communities Funding to support projects that help improve the health and well-being of communities in Crow Wing County.
Funding is available for eligible organizations whose projects align with the Community Health Needs Assessment and support a healthier community.

Amount available to request: Up to $5,500
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for funding, your project must meet all of the following criteria:
Your organization must be a recognized 501(c)(3) and Section 509(a)(2) or 509(a)(3) organization, or a government entity.
Your organization must serve communities within Crow Wing County, Minnesota.
Your project must align with our Community Health Needs Assessment.
If funded, your organization will be asked to write a Midweek Motivator article following the provided guidelines.
