Crow Wing Energized and SHIP support our community and workplaces by offering two award opportunities

Healthy Community/Schools Partner Awards: Crow Wing Energized along with the Statewide Health Improvement Partnership (SHIP) is working to help community members of Crow Wing County live longer, healthier lives by decreasing obesity and tobacco use and exposure, which are the leading causes of chronic disease, disability, and death. Healthy Communities Partner Awards are available for community members to implement projects that align with the Crow Wing Energized guiding principles  and initiatives. Expenditures/projects ultimately require approval from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH),which oversees SHIP. These partner awards are available January-March of each calendar year.

Workplace Wellness Partner Awards: Crow Wing Energized along with the Statewide Health Improvement Partnership (SHIP) is working to help workplaces create policy, system and environmental changes. The purpose of these is to help promote health and wellness with each workplace. These partner awards are available January-March of each calendar year.
