Aging Mastery is a comprehensive and fun approach to living that celebrates the gift of longevity. Central to the aging mastery philosophy is the belief that modest lifestyle changes can produce big results and that people can be empowered to cultivate health and longevity. This class meets weekly over 10 weeks, 90 minute sessions. Classes are offered in the fall and winter. Each session includes an expert speaker on a specific topic. Participants will track their healthy habits and share successes weekly.

Notes: You must have access to Zoom on your computer, I-pad, tablet or smart phone to participate in this class. A private Zoom link will be sent out prior to the start of classes.
This class is free of charge. Each participant will be mailed their own curriculum and class supplies prior to the start.
