Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance and fitness program for adults 65 and older. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness is the single most important activity adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. The entire curriculum of activities in the Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) program can help improve strength and balance, if done regularly.

The class will meet Monday and Wednesday for 1 hour from 9-10 am, total of 20 sessions over 10 weeks. Please plan to attend both sessions, per week. In doing so, you will see the most benefit from the program. This class will be held virtually over Zoom.

There is no cost to attend this class but registration is required.

Notes:

You must have access to Zoom on your computer, I-pad, tablet or smart phone to participate in this class. A private Zoom link will be sent out prior to the start of classes.
