Why water?
It is more than just hydration- switching from sugary drinks to water has amazing benefits:
 Boosts brain performance
 Supports digestion
 Increases energy
 Helps with weight management
 Reduces joint pain
 Regulates body temperature
 Prevents kidney stones
 Supports a healthy heart
 Helps your body detox naturally
 Reduces headaches
Plus, according to the CDC, replacing sugary drinks with water can cut out around 650 calories
a day, which is the same number of calories you would burn walking at a brisk pace for about two hours. Why not double down? Drink more water and take a few extra walks during your day.
You will feel amazing!

And don’t forget your smile—water is great for your teeth!
 Hydrates your gums, washing away bacteria before it causes problems.
 Tap water contains cavity-fighting fluoride, helping prevent tooth decay.
Tips to make it easy and fun:
 Keep a water bottle you love nearby.
 Reduce sugary drink temptations.
 Add natural flavors like lemon, lime, strawberry, cucumber, mint, basil, ginger, or rosemary to mix it up.
