CHNA Results Overview A concise presentation of the most recent Community Health Needs Assessment findings for Crow Wing County, highlighting priority health concerns identified by residents and statistical trends in community health indicators.
Crow Wing County Strategic Health Plan An accessible overview of the county’s strategic health initiatives, focusing on how these plans address the needs identified in the CHNA and outlining opportunities for community involvement.
Make It OK Campaign Introduction to this mental health awareness campaign, designed to reduce stigma surrounding mental illness. Includes discussion of local resources, warning signs, and how community members can support the campaign.
ACEs Presentation (shortened version) An informative session on Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and their impact on lifelong health. This customized presentation addresses the specific needs of Crow Wing County communities and outlines prevention and intervention strategies.
