Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance and fitness program for adults 65 and older. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness is the single most important activity adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. The entire curriculum of activities in the Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) program can help improve strength and balance, if done regularly.
The class will meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 1 hour from 9-10 am, total of 30 sessions over 10 weeks. Please plan to attend at least two of the three sessions, per week. In doing so, you will see the most benefit from the program. This class will be held virtually over Zoom.
There will be no class the week of December 22nd-December 26th.
Class Leader: Val Jones
There is no cost to attend this class but registration is required.
