Stay Active And Independent For Life
Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance and fitness program for adults 65 and older. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance, and fitness is the single more important activity adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling.
This program may be for you if you are:
- Anyone interested in gaining strength
- Anyone interested in improving balance
- Anyone who has fallen in the past
- Anyone who has restricted activities because of falling
You must have access to Zoom on your computer, I-pad tablet, or smart phone to participate. A private Zoom link will be sent out prior to the start of the classes. New to Zoom? No worries, we will host a Session Zero learning session prior to the start of each session.
SAIL is an evidence-based class. For more information on the program, contact Kara Schaefer
