You are Invited to Join our Movement Challenges!

Want to get a kick start on your resolutions? Do you find it hard to stay motivated to exercise during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season? We want to help you stay on track meeting your movement goals by participating in our community movement challenges!

We have two options to encourage you to keep moving:

The first is our Steps Challenge where you get a team of up to four people together and track your movement. Movement is recorded through an app that is synced to your smart phone or watch. There is also the option to manually enter your activity. This four-week challenge starts on Monday, December 2, and ends on Monday, December 30. See the flyer below for more information. The second is our annual Holiday Fitness Streak where you commit to run, walk or move at least one mile every day. This challenge begins on Thanksgiving Day and concludes on New Year’s Day. This option can be done on your own or challenge a friend to join the fun! Print the flyer below to record your successes.
